Use a business database such as a client database:

 enter, edit and delete data to keep it up to date

 sort data

 search for data using queries, including searching on more than one criterion

 print out data using reports in different formats e.g.: table, list and label

 

 

 

Now that the company  are using more ICT,  They have decided to computerise their employee database that is in paper form.

Liz has used a database to record the employee details.

However, not all of the information is up to date.

John wants to start using the information in the database to help run the company better.  We were hoping that you could help.   

 

Using a database
