Lesson - What you need to do
At the end of lesson...

1. Show Lesson 3 powerpoint show (slide 2). Work in pairs to construct a table on your paper / writing pad.

2. Construct or show a table on the IWB - Lesson 3 powerpoint show (slide 3)

3. Complete the planning sheet before moving on to creating the data table.

1. Teacher will demonstrate on IWB how to create a table using database software.

2. Pupils to create your own data structure using MS access database software.

3. Pupils to enter 3 'mock' records into the table and print 1 record.

1. Some pupils to show their data tables on IWB and explain the selection of fields and data types.

2. Make sure you have recorded your WILF in your homework booklet.

3. Complete yourLesson Diary in your homework booklet.
